What is crowdsourcing?

Crowdsourcing for WordsOnline is a collaborative method of translation. Crowds of accredited resources can work together to claim section of one project / document to process larger volumes quicker. This group method is faster than traditional black box, singular resource translation.

Will quality be affected by crowdsourced translation?

No is the simple answer. We implement a strict quality process which uses only subject specific translators for content, i.e. specialist multilingual legal experts for documents with legal content. We also have a dedicated quality assurance team who proof all processed work to ensure only the best results are delivered back to the client.

Is WordsOnline a white label product?

No, WordsOnline has been exclusively developed in-house and continues to be owned by Jonckers Inc. We have a dedicated dev team who continually update and enhance the platform to further improve results and delivery.
